1. Basic policy

To ensure transparency in corporate management, we will disclose information about our Group in a timely and fair manner, while striving to build constructive dialogue and long-term, trust-based relationships with our shareholders and investors. 

2. Information disclosure standards

We will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (hereinafter referred to as “the relevant laws and regulations”) and the timely disclosure rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the timely disclosure rules”). We will also proactively disclose information that we deem useful in making investment decisions. 

3. Disclosure methods

Information that falls under the relevant laws and regulations and the timely disclosure rules will be disclosed through methods such as posting on the Financial Services Agency’s Electronic Disclosure System (EDINET), the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s timely disclosure information transmission system (TDnet), and on the Company’s website. Important information that may affect investment decisions will be disclosed fairly in accordance with the Fair Disclosure Rules stipulated in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Depending on its content, information not covered above will be disclosed through appropriate means, such as posting on the Company’s website. 

4. Forward-looking statements

The forward-looking statements, such as earnings forecasts, included in the information disclosed by our Company are based on the information available to us at the time of disclosure as well as certain assumptions and future expectations, and are thus subject to various risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ from the forward-looking statements included in the disclosed information due to changes in future economic conditions and market trends. 

5. Setting of silent period

To prevent the leakage of financial results-related information, we will observe a four-week silent period prior to the announcement of our financial results (including quarterly results). During this period, we will refrain from making any comments or answering any questions with regard to our financial results. However, if there is a possibility that earnings forecasts will be significantly revised during the silent period, we will disclose information as appropriate. Even during the silent period, we will also respond to inquiries relating to information that has already been made public.
